If certain flowers are not in season or are temporarily unavailable:
- We replace them with flowers of equivalent value and quality.
- We keep the color palette and style of the bouquet
- The manager always contacts you before any replacement
- We propose the most suitable alternative for you.
🎨 Note about colors: The colors in the photos on the site may differ slightly from reality due to display settings. The photos of our flowers are minimally processed to reproduce the real colors as faithfully as possible.
⚠️ Important Information to Remember
📍 Address Change
We do not change the address after the order has been confirmed and accepted. Delivery is made exclusively to the address specified in the order.

- We accept minor corrections (maximum 1-1.5 km from the original address)
📅 Rescheduling Delivery
If the recipient cannot receive the bouquet on the scheduled day, the manager will coordinate a new appointment with the sender or recipient.
❌ Cancellations and Refunds
- If the recipient does not pick up the order after one or more attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund.
- Cancellation of prepaid/reserved orders - the advance payment covers organizational expenses and is not refundable
- According to the law in force, perishable products are not returned.
