Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at the email address service@thebloomroom.ro. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Sos. Stefan Cel Mare 234, ground floor, bl.77, sc. C Sector 2, Obor, Bucharest by any courier of your choice.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items!
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, personalized products or perishable goods. According to GEO 34/2014, flowers constitute products that are susceptible to deterioration or expire quickly and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Also, unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day warranty period in the European Union
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

repayment
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
