Orders placed before 15:00 Bucharest time can still be delivered the same day, across Bucharest and Ilfov, seven days a week — including Sunday. Our florists need about 3 hours to arrange it and get it to the address, so the windows offered for today are only the ones we can actually make. After 15:00 the earliest date is tomorrow.

Yes. Pay securely with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at the top of the page, and your card is charged in that currency. We deliver locally and send you a free photo of the bouquet before it goes out.

Our designers substitute with similar flowers of equal or higher value, keeping the overall look. We always notify you before making changes.

We guarantee 5–7 days of freshness when the included care instructions are followed. If the bouquet wilts inside that window, send us a photo and we replace it.

Yes. Pick the date and window on this page before adding to cart, then add the recipient's name, phone and access details — building, staircase, floor, intercom. All of it travels with the order and is shown to you again in the cart and at checkout, so nothing depends on a note being read.

Yes. Our shop counter in Obor is closed on Sundays, but deliveries run every day of the week, on the same windows and the same 15:00 cut-off.

Our courier calls the recipient before arriving. If they cannot answer, we call you, keep the bouquet in water at the shop and redeliver the same day or the next morning at no extra cost. You can also ask us to leave it at reception or with the concierge.
