Yes, for any order received by 3:00 PM: preparation takes around 2 hours for an existing bouquet and about 4 hours for one assembled specially, while the courier needs another 1–2 hours for delivery. Delivery is available in Bucharest and Ilfov, during the selected time slot: 09:00–13:00, 13:00–18:00, or 18:00–21:00. The delivery fee is calculated automatically based on distance, ranging from 30 to 120 lei, while orders over 500 lei are delivered free of charge, with the date arranged together.
Can it be made with white tulips only?
Yes. The same structure can be created in a monochrome white version, as long as white tulips are available that day. Mention your preferred color in the order notes.

How fast will this bouquet be delivered?
Orders placed before 15:00 Bucharest time can still be delivered the same day, across Bucharest and Ilfov, seven days a week — including Sunday. Our florists need about 3 hours to arrange them and get them to the address, so the windows offered for today are only the ones we can actually make. After 15:00, the earliest date is tomorrow.
Can I order from abroad for someone in Bucharest?

We guarantee 5–7 days of freshness when the included care instructions are followed. If the bouquet wilts inside that window, send us a photo and we replace it.
Can I choose the exact delivery date and time?
Yes. Pick the date and time window on this page before adding to your cart, then add the recipient's name, phone number, and access details—building, staircase, floor, and intercom. All of this travels with the order and is shown to you again in the cart and at checkout, so nothing depends on someone reading a note.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes. Our shop counter in Obor is closed on Sundays, but deliveries run every day of the week, during the same hours and with the same 15:00 cut-off.
What happens if nobody is home?
Our courier calls the recipient before arriving. If they cannot answer, we call you, keep the bouquet in water at the shop, and redeliver it the same day or the next morning at no extra cost. You can also ask us to leave it at reception or with the concierge.
